Owen has over ten years of experience in the Casualty market taking on underwriting and broking roles in Shanghai and Beijing. He holds various professional designations including ACII, RPLU+ and CPCU. He is a graduate of the Maurice R. Greenberg School of Risk Management, Insurance and Actuarial Science at St. John's University in New York.

When he has time to spare, Owen enjoys taking road trips and hiking with family and friends.

Jack has over 8 years of experience as a Casualty and Life Sciences Underwriter and specialises in complex liability programmes with various partners. He has a bachelor's degree in pharmacy from the Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Ian has over ten years of P&C claim experience, he worked in broking firm and one of the top P&C insurance companies in China before joining Berkley. Ian has a bachelor’s degree in automotive application from Shanghai University.

Jasmine has over 15 years of experience in underwriting, claims management, and portfolio development. She has held senior roles at global firms, focusing on casualty risks and driving growth across Asia.
A Chartered Insurance Professional and graduate of Simon Fraser University, Jasmine is fluent in English and Cantonese. She brings strategic insight, strong broker relationships, and a collaborative approach to every client engagement.
Outside of work, Jasmine enjoys hiking, spending time in nature, and relaxing at the beach with her family.

Jasmine has over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry. She started her career as a retail broker before specialising in Casualty underwriting across Singapore and Southeast Asian markets on both direct insurance and reinsurance. She holds a Bachelor degree in Business from University of London.

Outside work, Jasmine has a penchant for inspirational books, travels and body combat exercises as nothing feels better than a finished workout and rejuvenated mindset!

Felicia graduated from the National University of Singapore with a degree in Economics. After gaining valuable experience in a multinational insurance brokerage for four years, she transitioned to underwriting. Felicia holds an Advanced Diploma in Insurance (ACII) from The Chartered Insurance Institute, UK. Outside of work, she enjoys going for spin classes, to stay balanced and inspired!

Ashaya Kantawala is an underwriting expert with over 18 years of industry experience in risk assessment, strategy, and leadership. With a background in engineering and business management, Ashaya seamlessly blends logic, innovation, and decision-making to navigate the dynamic world of underwriting.

Beyond work, Ashaya is a sports enthusiast, enjoying cricket, table tennis, soccer, and kite flying. A tech-savvy leader with a love for Formula One racing, documentaries, and cutting-edge technology, Ashaya is always exploring new ideas. When it's time to unwind, a long, scenic drive is the perfect escape.
